Overview
The XC6206 series is a high-precision, low-power, high-voltage, positive voltage regulator IC fabricated using CMOS process technology and laser trimming. It maintains a very low input-to-output voltage differential under output current conditions. The XC6206 series integrates a current limiting circuit, a driver transistor, a high-precision reference voltage source, and an error correction circuit. The XC6206 series is compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors. The return circuit of the current limiter provides short-circuit protection for both the current limiter and the output pin. Through laser trimming technology, the output voltage can be set in the range of 1.2V to 5.0V in increments of 0.1V.
