AD8541ARZ(UMW)

AD8541 (single), AD8542 (dual), and AD8544 (quad) are low-voltage, micropower CMOS voltage feedback op-amps. The AD854xA series offers 1.1MHz bandwidth, 0.8V/μs slew rate, and 85μA quiescent current per amplifier at 5V supply, suitable for a wide range of applications. The AD854x op-amps are designed for general-purpose applications with optimized performance. They feature a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, with a maximum input offset voltage of 3.5mV. These devices achieve rail-to-rail output swing under heavy load conditions. The AD854x series supports single or dual supplies from +2.3V to +5.5V. All versions operate over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The AD8541 is available in 5-pin SC70 and SOT-23, as well as 8-pin SOP packages. The AD8542 is available in 8-pin MSOP and SOP packages. The AD8544 is available in 14-pin TSSOP and SOP packages.
