Overview
AiP221/AiP321 is a single-channel, high-gain, internally frequency-compensated op-amp. It is designed for single-supply applications over a wide supply voltage range and also supports dual-supply operation. Under recommended operating conditions, the supply current is independent of supply voltage. The device features a wide operating voltage range (single supply: 3 V ~ 36 V; dual supply: ±1.5 V ~ ±18 V), low supply current (typical 0.7 mA), wide unity-gain bandwidth (typical 0.7 MHz), and built-in frequency compensation. Input characteristics include low input offset voltage (typical 3 mV), low input offset current (typical 2 nA), and low input bias current (typical 20 nA). The differential input voltage range equals the maximum rated supply voltage (±36 V), with a typical open-loop differential voltage gain of 100 dB. Available in SOT23-5 package.
