Overview
The CI7910 and CI7920 are 10-bit and 12-bit high-speed, low-power, small-footprint successive approximation ADCs, respectively. The devices operate from a single 3.3V to 5.25V supply with a throughput rate of up to 250 KSPS. The CI7910/CI7920 are offered in a 6-lead SOT-23 package and are specified over the -40°C to 85°C temperature range. These devices are drop-in replacements for the AD7910/AD7920, with dynamic power consumption only one-third that of the latter.
