EG2304

EG2304 is a cost-effective gate driver IC for MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates a logic signal input processing circuit, undervoltage lockout (UVLO) circuit, level shift circuit, pulse filter circuit, and output driver circuit, designed specifically for brushless motor controllers and DC-DC power supply driver circuits. The EG2304 supports a high-side operating voltage up to 550V, with a wide low-side VCC supply voltage range of 10V~25V. The HIN input channel has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, and the LIN input channel has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, ensuring both the high-side and low-side power MOSFETs remain off when the inputs are floating. The output current capability is IO +/-0.3/0.6A, housed in an SOP8 package.
