Overview
FAN7390 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side driver IC featuring two independent transmission channels. It integrates protection circuits including high- and low-side UVLO and overvoltage clamp circuits, with high-current pulse output capability. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V, with a maximum output current of 4A and a floating channel maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices. The FAN7390 comes in a SOP-8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
