Overview
High-voltage high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side driver IC with two independent transmission channels. Integrates high- and low-side UVLO and overvoltage clamp protection circuits with high-current pulse output capability. Logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V, maximum output current up to 4A, with a floating channel maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices. SOIC8 package, operating temperature range -40°C to 125°C.
