Overview
The IR2184S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver IC featuring single-input control of both channels simultaneously. It integrates internal protection circuits including high- and low-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and shoot-through lockout. The device offers high-current pulse output capability, with logic inputs compatible down to 3.3V CMOS or LSTTL logic levels. Peak output current reaches up to 4A, and the floating channel supports a maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and similar devices.
