Overview
The IRS2184S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver IC featuring single-input control of both output channels simultaneously. It integrates built-in protection circuits including high- and low-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and shoot-through lockout. The device offers high-current pulse output capability, with logic inputs compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic levels as low as 3.3V. Output current capability is up to 4A, and the floating channel supports a maximum operating voltage of 700V. It is suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and similar devices. The IRS2184S is available in an SOP-8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
