FM5324HJ1

FM5324HJ1 is an integrated power management IC designed for power banks, integrating lithium battery charge management, battery boost output, battery level detection, and LED battery level indication. FM5324HJ1 employs switch-mode charging, supporting the full charging cycle including trickle charge, constant current charge, and constant voltage charge. The float voltage accuracy achieves ±1% across the full temperature range, with the additional advantages of low charging current ripple and high charging efficiency. FM5324HJ1 features a DC-DC boost converter with ±1% output accuracy, delivering boost conversion efficiency of up to 94% or higher to extend battery life. FM5324HJ1 is equipped with 3 LED driver ports, capable of driving 4 LEDs to display battery level. The IC incorporates a built-in logic locking function to prevent unstable battery level indication states. FM5324HJ1 features multiple protection designs, including load overcurrent protection, soft-start protection, input overvoltage protection, output short-circuit protection, chip temperature protection, and battery temperature protection. The IC ports are also designed with high-performance ESD protection circuits, providing the device with extremely high reliability. FM5324HJ1 is configured with automatic load detection, enabling automatic activation of boost output upon load detection. FM5324HJ1 is currently available in the ESOP8L package.
