Overview
TC4426AVOA is a power switch driver. It features matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gates of power switches. The TC4426A offers high latch-up immunity under any conditions within its rated power and voltage range. When noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) appear on the ground pin, the TC4426A will not be damaged. The TC4426A can accept reverse currents of up to 500mA forced back into its output without damage or logic upset. All terminals are fully protected against ESD up to 2.0 kV.
