Overview

LM321 is a general-purpose, low-cost, single-channel CMOS op-amp featuring low offset, high frequency response, low power consumption, low operating voltage, and rail-to-rail input and output characteristics, offering a cost advantage within the micro-power CMOS amplifier family. The device is unity-gain stable, with a constant 1MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 1V/μs slew rate, while consuming only 45μA of supply current per amplifier. Its rail-to-rail input and output characteristics allow full utilization of the supply voltage for signal swing. The LM321 is an ideal choice for battery-powered applications, as it minimizes errors caused by supply voltage variations over battery life while maintaining high CMRR even among rail-to-rail input op-amps.
