Overview

The LMV321 is a single-supply, low-power CMOS op-amp. These amplifiers feature a 1MHz bandwidth with rail-to-rail input and output, operating from a single supply of 2.2V to 5.5V. The typical quiescent supply current of a single op-amp in a single package is 40μA, and the ultralow input bias current of 10pA makes this device ideal for low-offset, low-power, and high-impedance applications such as smoke detectors, photodiode amplifiers, and other sensors. The LMV321 is available in a SOT23-5 package. The extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C across all supply voltages provides additional design flexibility.
