MCP6L04T-E/SL(MS)

The MCP6L04T-E/SL(MS) (quad channel) is a general-purpose op-amp featuring low offset, high frequency response, and low power consumption. This series offers 1MHz bandwidth, a slew rate of 1V/μs, and a quiescent current of 28μA per amplifier at 5V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The MCP6L04T-E/SL(MS) op-amp is designed for optimal performance in low-voltage and low-power systems. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, and the maximum input offset voltage is 3mV. These devices deliver rail-to-rail output swing under heavy load conditions. The MCP6L04T-E/SL(MS) series op-amps operate across the full temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and under single-supply or dual-supply voltages from 1.5V to 5.5V. The MCP6L04T-E/SL(MS) devices are low-power, unity-gain stable, rail-to-rail op-amps operating from a single-supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V (±0.9V to ±2.75V). Supply voltages exceeding 6V (absolute maximum) may permanently damage the amplifier. Rail-to-rail input and output swing significantly extends the dynamic range, particularly in low-supply applications. Good layout practice requires a 0.1μF bypass capacitor placed close to the supply pins. The MCP6L04T-E/SL(MS) devices feature internal phase reversal protection. Many op-amps exhibit phase reversal when the input exceeds the linear common-mode range. This condition is most common in non-inverting circuits, where exceeding the specified common-mode voltage range causes the output to invert to the opposite rail.
