Overview
NSG2181 is a high-voltage, high-speed half-bridge gate driver for power MOSFETs/IGBTs, featuring two independent signal transmission channels. It integrates high-side and low-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and other protection circuits, with high-current pulse drive capability. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic levels as low as 3.3V. The floating channel supports a maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices.
