Overview
The NSG6020 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver IC with two independent transmission channels. It integrates protection circuits including high- and low-side UVLO and overvoltage clamp circuits, and features high-current pulse output capability. The logic input is compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V, with a maximum output current of 4A. The floating channel supports a maximum operating voltage of 700V. It is suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices.
