Overview
NSG2183 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver IC featuring two non-independent propagation channels. It integrates high- and low-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and shoot-through lockout protection circuits. The device offers high peak current output capability, with logic inputs compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. Peak output current reaches up to 4A, and the floating channel supports a maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices.
