Overview
NSG2186 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver with two independent channels. It integrates high- and low-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and other protection circuits. The device features high-current pulse output capability, logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V, a maximum output current of 4A, and a floating channel maximum operating voltage of 700V. It is suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices.
