Overview

The OPA348 series amplifiers are single-supply, low-power, CMOS op amps in miniature packages. This series features 1MHz extended bandwidth and 45μA supply current, suitable for low-power applications with 2.1V to 5.5V single supply. The 45μA low supply current and 0.5pA input bias current make the OPA348 series ideal for low-power, high-impedance applications such as smoke detectors and other sensors. The OPA348 is available in miniature SC70-5, SOT23-5, and SOP-8 packages. The OPA2348 is available in MSOP-8 and SOP-8 packages, while the OPA4348 is offered in space-saving TSSOP-14 and SOP-14 packages. The extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C across all supply voltages provides additional design flexibility.
