Overview

The SGM321 (single), SGM358 (dual), and SGM324 (quad) are low-cost voltage feedback amplifiers. These devices operate from a 2.1V to 5.5V single supply, consuming only 60μA quiescent current per amplifier. They feature rail-to-rail inputs with a wide common-mode input voltage range and rail-to-rail output voltage swing. This makes the SGM321/358/324 well-suited for buffering ASICs. The SGM321/358/324 offer a 1MHz gain bandwidth product and ultra-low input bias current of only 10pA. They are ideal for piezoelectric sensors, integrators, and photodiode amplifiers. The SGM321/358/324 are suitable for a wide range of applications such as battery-powered instrumentation, security monitoring, portable systems, and sensor interface circuits in low-power systems. The SGM321 is available in green SOT-23-5 and SC70-5 packages. The SGM358 is available in green SOIC-8, MSOP-8, and DIP-8 packages. The SGM324 is available in green TSSOP-14 and SOIC-14 packages. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
