Overview
SL2177F (dual) and SL4177F (quad) are low-offset op-amps with high input impedance, featuring output swing within 200mV of the supply rails. The input common-mode voltage range extends to the negative supply rail. Offset voltage is trimmed using trim technology, achieving an ultralow offset voltage (typical 50μV). The devices support both single-supply and dual-supply operation. For single-supply operation, the supply voltage range is +3.3V to +36V; for dual-supply operation, the supply voltage range is ±1.65V to ±18V. SL2177F is available in SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages; SL4177F is available in SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages. All package types support an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
