Overview
SN65HVD07D-TD is a transceiver designed for RS-485 and RS-422 communication systems. It supports data rates up to 2.5 Mbps and operates in half-duplex mode. The device features Driver Enable (DE) and Receiver Enable (RE) pins; when disabled, both driver and receiver outputs enter a high-impedance state. Additionally, the device integrates a fail-safe function: when the receiver inputs are open or shorted, the receiver output is held high.
