SSIT1050T

The SSIT1050T meets or exceeds the specifications required for applications using a Controller Area Network (CAN) as defined in the ISO11898 standard. As a CAN transceiver, the SSIT1050T provides differential transmit and receive capabilities for CAN controllers at signal transmission rates up to 1Mbps. The SSIT1050T is designed to operate in harsh environments, featuring ±12kV ESD protection on the bus pins, bus voltage support ranging from -58V to 58V, and built-in over-temperature protection and short-circuit protection circuits. The SSIT1050T is used as an interface between a CAN protocol controller and the physical bus. It is primarily intended for high-speed automotive applications with baud rates from 60kbps to 1Mbps. It provides differential transmit capability to the bus and differential receive capability to the CAN protocol controller. It is fully compliant with the ISO11898 standard.
