TC7SZ126FU-TP

TC7SZ126 is a single bus buffer gate. The device is designed for 1.65 V to 5.5 V Vcc operating voltage and can be driven by 3.3 V or 5 V devices. This feature allows these devices to be used as translators in mixed 3.3 V and 5 V environments. The TC7SZ126 is a single line driver with tri-state outputs. When the output enable input is low, the output is disabled. The TC7SZ126 is available in SOT23-5 and SOT353 packages.
