TC7SZ17FU-TP

The TC7SZ17 is a single Schmitt-trigger buffer. The device is designed for a Vcc operating voltage range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V and can be driven by 3.3 V or 5 V devices. This feature allows these devices to be used as level translators in mixed 3.3 V and 5 V environments. The TC7SZ17 contains one buffer that performs the Boolean function Y = A. This CMOS device provides high output drive capability while maintaining low quiescent power consumption over a wide Vcc operating range. The TC7SZ17 is available in SOT23-5 and SOT353 packages.
