Overview
TD3485DR is a transceiver IC for RS485 and RS422 communication systems, supporting data transmission and reception rates up to 10Mbps. The chip adopts a half-duplex RS485 interface with Driver Enable (DE) and Receiver Enable (/RE) control pins. Its receiver features 1/8 unit load input impedance, allowing up to 128 loads on the bus. ESD protection rating is 1kV (for hot-swap applications, additional external protection devices are recommended).
