TP2111-TR

The TP211x series are ultra-low-power, high-precision CMOS op-amps that deliver a constant 10-kHz bandwidth and 10-mV/μs slew rate at a maximum quiescent current of only 600 nA per amplifier. The input common-mode range includes ground, with a guaranteed offset voltage of 1.5 mV and an ultra-low offset voltage temperature coefficient of 0.4 µV/°C, enabling accurate and stable measurements in both high-side and low-side current sensing. The series features a carefully designed CMOS input stage with a typical input bias current as low as 0.1 fA, significantly reducing input bias current and input offset current errors in applications involving gigaohm resistors, high-impedance photodiodes, and charge detection. The TP211x series maintains unity-gain stability with capacitive loads up to 1,000 nF, operates from a single supply of +1.8 V to +5.5 V or dual supplies of ±0.9 V to ±2.75 V, and features an input range that includes ground along with rail-to-rail output. These combined characteristics make it well suited for a wide range of portable applications powered by 2-cell NiCd/alkaline batteries or a single-cell lithium-ion battery, including low-frequency signal conditioning, mobile accessories, wireless remote sensing, vibration monitors, ECG monitors, pulse monitors, blood glucose meters, smoke and fire detectors, and backup battery sensors.
