XOPA2330AIDR

The XOPAx330 series amplifiers use a patented fast-settling chopper stabilization technique to correct input offset voltage, achieving ultralow offset and drift. This approach continuously measures and compensates for input offset, eliminating drift over time and temperature as well as 1/f noise. This design breakthrough enables the devices to achieve a 350kHz gain-bandwidth product and a 0.22V/μs slew rate while consuming only 26μA of supply current. These devices are unity-gain stable and feature excellent power supply rejection ratio and common-mode rejection ratio. The XOPAx330 series is ideal for applications requiring precision amplification of low-level signals where error sources cannot be tolerated, yet high bandwidth and fast transient response are needed. Rail-to-rail input and output swing makes both high-side and low-side sensing straightforward. The XOPAx330 series operates from a single supply as low as 1.8V, making it suitable for 2-cell battery applications. The XOPAx330 op amps feature enhanced EMI protection to minimize interference from external sources, along with high ESD protection (5kV HBM). All versions are specified for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
