Overview
This device is an ultra-low power, small form factor, single-channel 12-bit/10-bit/8-bit ADC with a high-speed serial interface. Performance is fully specified over a sample rate range of 50 KSPS to 200 KSPS. The converter is based on a successive approximation register architecture with an integrated track-and-hold circuit. The device is available in a 6-pin SOT-23 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It is a drop-in replacement for the ADC121S021/ADC101S021/ADC081S021, with dynamic power consumption of only one-third that of those devices.
