Overview
IP2325 is a boost charging management IC supporting dual-cell series-connected lithium/Li-ion batteries. With an integrated power MOS and synchronous switching architecture, it requires minimal external components, effectively reducing overall solution size and BOM cost. The boost switching charge converter operates at 500KHz; 5V input with 8V/1.2A output conversion efficiency of 93%. It features input voltage limiting to intelligently regulate charging current and adapt to adapter load capability. Supports external resistor for charge voltage adjustment; integrated NTC protection function, compatible with NTC resistors, packaged in ESOP8.
