Overview
NSG5183 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver IC with two independent isolated transmission channels. It integrates protection circuits including high- and low-side UVLO and overvoltage clamp circuits, and features high-current pulse output capability. The logic input is compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The output current capability reaches up to 4.3A, and the floating channel supports a maximum operating voltage of 700V. It can be used to drive N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and other devices.
