TC7SH125FU-TP

The TC7SH125 is a single bus buffer gate. The device is designed for operation with Vcc from 2 V to 5.5 V and can be driven by 3.3 V or 5 V devices. This feature allows these devices to be used as translators in mixed 3.3 V and 5 V environments. The TC7SH125 is a single line driver with three-state outputs. When the output enable (OE) input is high, the output is disabled. This CMOS device maintains low quiescent power consumption over a wide Vcc operating range while providing high output drive capability. The TC7SH125 is available in SOT23-5 and SOT353 packages.
