Overview
The XC7920 is a 12-bit, high speed, low power, and small-sized Successive-Approximation-Register (SAR) ADC. The part operates from a single 3.3 V to 5.25 V power supply and features throughput rates up to 250 KSPS. The XC7920 is available in a 6-pin SOT-23 package and has an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃ The XC7920 is a drop-in replacement for the AD7920 and consumes only one third dynamic power of their counterpart.
