Overview
TC7SH02 is a single 2-input NOR gate. The device is designed for operation with Vcc from 2 V to 5.5 V and can be driven by 3.3 V or 5 V devices. This feature allows these devices to be used as translators in mixed 3.3 V and 5 V environments. The TC7SH02 performs the Boolean function Y = (A + B)‾ (i.e., Y = Ā · B̄) in positive logic. This CMOS device maintains low quiescent power consumption over a wide Vcc operating range while providing high output drive capability. The TC7SH02 is offered in SOT23-5 and SOT353 packages.
